The population along the E-470 corridor is currently 112,000 and is projected to expand to nearly 230,000 by 2020. And according to 2004 U.S. Census Bureau data, the number of adults working in the five zip codes that include and immediately surround Horizon has increased 71 percent since 1999.
The completion of the 47-mile loop around east metro Denver is already attracting significant residential development and traffic.
